This has been on the cards for a while. There has been a campaign similar to here in Oz in regards to it. Sorry to hear they have lost in some way.
Here we are still waiting but there was a huge backlash and then things went quiet. That doesn't mean it went away, but we are hoping that the gov't thinks again about pissing so many people off.
