We haven't got any official Apple store around the Netherlands, as far as I know. Just some authorized resellers. The ones I've visited all have their own ideas about the interior decoration and service offered.
We have the" grubby techie warehouse" kind and the "snooty hipster main-street" one.

The difference in service between a reseller and an official store is huge. The official stores could not be more helpful when it comes to technical support, and they really take their time to go through things with you when you're buying stuff. Salespeople who know their product inside out... imagine that! My experience with Aussie resellers (NextByte in particular) has been OK but nothing special - Apple themselves really blow you away.
Dave - I hope you don't ever have trouble with your iPhone, but if you do... it's worth a trip up there to get it fixed. Anyway, you should pop in to the Temple of Apple when you're in Sydney!
Kyncaid. Great photos. But you should have been trying to put AGP (or 2schooners) on the iPhone instead of Mac Talk.
