I just thought up something infinitely more useless though. Why not make an empty PHP page that only displays what you pass to it in the query string as html-encoded content.
Something like this?
empty.php?content=<body>Hello World</body>
(yes I know I didn't encode that properly by hand)
Maybe some drunk thought it was funny?
