Not sure if it's been covered on the podcast before, but every mac user should have a copy of Skitch. It's a fantastically well designed bit of software which allows you to take and annotate screenshots, and quickly send them to the web to share with others. The application links to their webhosting, so it's a one click operation to publish it and copy the link to paste onto a blog or a forum. So much easier to use and more functionality than the inbuilt app in OSX.
Plasq, the software developer, is also an interesting company. Set up by aussies, it's a virtual software company with people based in Melbourne, Tasmania, France and the US, so they're not actually working in the same place. There was an interesting interview with them about the web tools they use to keep in touch and collaborate, but sadly I can't find the podcast... it was a while ago. They also wrote Comic Life which I'm pretty sure was mentioned on the GGP a while back.
Even if you don't have a mac, take a look at the 3 minute intro video and see what you're missing! :P
And here's a pretty picture I've knocked up just now:

Oh nice. I didn't know that one. I have just spent two days drawing little red arrows by hand in photoshop over screengrabs of a site. The customer just didn't see that they had implemented everything crooked.
To compliment this app, I can recommend the Abduction Addon for Firefox. With it you can make a screenshot of the entire page. Not just the part that fits on your screen.

Cheers.
