Why can't this forum us "Gravatar" like the blog?

Hi there Sighko, welcome to the AGP Forums.
Gravatars would probably require some sort of plugin and I don't think that the Lefora forums supports it right now. I believe their mostly supported in Blogs like Wordpress...
For now, you can upload an avatar through the "Edit Your Profile" option.
Or if you know what the link is to your Gravatar, you can use the "paste your web url" option. If you go to the Gravatar website and log into your account, you can probably get your hexadecimal MD5 hash ID and paste the URL in.

Hi Hern,
Thanks for the info. I went and got my Garvatar URL and tried to paste it into the "paste URL" option for changing my avatar. When I do this I get
"Error: Enter a valid URL.; There are problems with the following fields: Image."
message back. If I paste the URL into Firefox it displays the gravatar fine. I tried it with and without .jpg on the end of the URL.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Not sure. It should work. Sounds like a problem with the forum. I'll forward the error to the devs.
In the mean time why not just upload the same avatar to the forum. That definitely works. Sorry about the problem. I'll let you know the outcome.

Pleased that worked. I have contacted the Lefora guys and they have looked at it and it looks like a bug and they have said they are going to work at getting it fixed.
