Hey guys. Just letting you in the loop here and asking for a fair bit of understanding.
As you know we are all under a bit of a strain at the moment. As you guys know my place is not really a house, it is a damn construction zone. I can't edit the show and I am stressed out to the point that I have a permanent headache. Not that it is something you have to worry about. Biggest concern right now is the frigging dust. I have found a spare square meter to use the computer!
So that means that Keith is editing the show. He is doing a fantastic job. But then he is a busy guy and this week has been pretty hard on him and his family. There has been some family issues and he is dealing with a bigger workload with his job this week.
End result is that we have a podcast in post prod. Keith is editing it. But this week it is going to take a little longer than usual. It should be out by Saturday. Added to this is the fact that due to technical Internets issues we recorded a day late as well.
So please just ride it out with us and things should be back to relative normality within a month. We are getting shows out as we can and doing our best.
Thanks for the patience as well.
One thing that we are thinking of doing temporally is doing a show once a fortnight. Mainly to take the pressure of Keith. Not sure how you guys feel about that.
OK so that is about it, it is coming!!

Don't stress yourselves out about it! It's a free podcast, man!
I think we all understand this isn't a paid gig and "life" takes precedence over podcast... I'll just continue to beat on KW for the amusement of the listeners while we wait...

I know what its like to have a lot on your plate AND have to put a podcast out. Even in the co-host seat it was quite stressful at times. So I think we all need to understand that "hey .. its just a podcast" . yes we love it , and most of the listeners worship the farts you blow into the atmosphere but ... Remember the picture of the kid and the vulture ? Thats somethin we all need to think about sometime. POdcasting at unearthly hours in the night , postproduction etc .. its all a very big burden. While Dave's house lookes like ground Zero, Keith is getting up at 3 am in the morning and Caits cats are dryhumping the 'Vista capable icon' on the side of her computer .. We all need to take a chill pill. For once I agree with THe Herne. Him and I will keep you guyz entertained and take the load of the hosts. We have the forum and since this is a little 'time off' from the "next ep of the AGP" its gives us time to get to know each other, have some laughs and gossip about the hosts behind their backs.
ANYONE who is going like ' I NEED MY PODCAST , WHERE IS MY PODCAST NAG NAG NAG' can report to ME AND the HERNE and I will personally clarify their issues with a well aimed kick up the rearside.

I love it - I am worried about the fact that I need my studio back - set up the new office etc and KW is setting up the "car" LOL.

I think I'm crazy, 'cause September (and it looks like October) is a crazy month for me at work, so what do I do? Oh, lets learn to edit a podcast! and for October? Let's do another podcast in addition to the AGP! :P
Ah well, I love this stuff... it's an easy way for me to get my thoughts in the wild and tame Dave's grammar at the same time. ;)

I hope that Keith is OK - it seems to be taking quite a while to put show #6 together (recorded 28 Sept?). Maybe the MAC is still giving him grief.

LOL - nope the usual on the software front. KD has actually been unwell - I got an email from him today and he says that he is getting there.
YUP we know we are pushing the envelope as far as time frame. Hopefully only another few weeks and everything will be back to normal.
